I'm doing the 30 day shred, I'm on day 6 give or take, I've missed two days...but made sure I went walk/running (mostly walk..) to try to even it out. Sadly, the only consistent time I have to work out is late at night after the kids are in bed, this wars greatly with my desire to sit on the couch w/dh and eat something. good for you! Stick with it!
I know what you mean. It is so hard to do my work outs with the kids. I have been slacking here and there I'm trying to stay on track but it's very hard to do! But they kids work me so hard that's a workout in its self!!
